The Practice of 10 seconds is a habit of self reflection

Sometimes we only have 10 seconds to pause & reflect Sometimes 10 seconds is enough to make a change

The Practice is easy, peaceful, and calming - often described as a mini mindful meditation. Nothing to acquire, nothing to analyse, you will realise you have everything you need within you.

The only requirement is to practise The Practice.
